Lock Down Aldon LMi

Once your work in progress has been introduced to MDCMS you are ready to lock down LMi.  As part of the work in progress task it is a good idea to delete the checkout in LMi.  If not, it is a good plan to delete the check outs (D/I/Q) prior to lock down.

• STRLMI
• Option 13. Work with Releases
• Option 2 to edit on each release
• Option 1 Change Options
• Change ‘ Allow Changes to Objects’ to N

If you do not delete the checked-out objects and later wish to do so, you will need to change the flag back to yes, delete the checkout and the reset it back to N
